Hi everyone. Not really done this journal thing before, but I wanted to thank all those who have kindly posted comments on my recent work, it really means a lot to me. Also, I have some news I'd like to share, in that (and God only know's how) I've had a couple of pieces I submitted to Ballistic Publishing accepted for inclusion in the upcoming Expose10. To say I'm happy would be the understatement of the year...never thought my stuff would be good enough to be included. So next time round, and they ask for submissions for Expose11, do it, you got nothing to lose. I hesitated for weeks before submitting some stuff.
I've also been approached about another commission for Sunmesa Events and Wizards of the Coast, which I'm working on at the moment. Some may know that I was approached after getting a DD for one of my pieces (Assassin's Luck) and after changing the original about a bit ended up with 'The Hunt' which was used on a playmat for the WOTC Grand Prix at Anaheim, one of which sits proudly on my desk right now.
So there you go...ten years or so doing this stuff as a hobby (albeit a passionate one) things are looking up. Small steps at the moment, but in the right direction.
Thanks,
Ian
